Lexington Two closed at SC governor's direction as state prepares for Hurricane Florence
WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Under the direction of South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster, Lexington Two schools and administrative offices will be closed starting Tuesday, September 11, until further notice, as the state prepares for evacuations and potential impact from Hurricane Florence.
All activities, athletic events, after-school programs and other related events also will be cancelled starting Tuesday, September 11, until further notice, at the governor's direction.
Activities on Monday, September 10, will go on as scheduled.
